So, I'm planning on this to replace my current stock suspension. I've got pretty bad axle wrap, so no AAL. Also keeping stock springs in front.

I plan on setting the billies at the top setting.

Will I need to relocate my exhaust?
Also, do I need to extend the brake lines?
I have a diff drop kit, do I need it?
Will my stock skid work with the diff drop?

I do wheel and plan to wheel hard and often.

Stock skid should work. The diff drop to me, helps more than hurts. I don't plan on being IFS forever anyways. As far as relocating your exhaust, you can just chop it off after it dumps over the axle. Keeps it out of the way from obstacles. If you plan to wheel it hard, consider getting budbuilt skids. We all eventually swap when we crumple our stock shit. You will need to extend your rear brake lines at a minimum. The fronts aren't required. You will not need new center pins if you are buying a new spring pack.

Yes the stock skid will work with a diff drop as I did it with my 2003 when I still had it

With my allpro springs my rear brake line is MAXXED out (tight) at full flex (dont offroad but on a lift).

I had to cut my exhaust so yeah probably cut it or a bracket..

I think I'll cut it. That way, I'll be back and down instead of passenger exit. Maybe the exhaust note will be more even around instead of super loud on the passenger side only.
