Is this sound normal?

Just hit 25k miles on my 21 OR. On cold start I hear a slight whining. Not sure if I’d even call it a whine. Wondering if this is just how the engine sounds? Seems to happen in colder weather. It’s also 35 degrees. https://youtube.com/shorts/dcXDoBYpQQg?si=HhbJkBE2tRo3g6AD

 

Is your Serpentine Drive Belt in good conditions? If it is maybe spray some belt dressing on it. If the whine is still there I would get a long PVC pipe, put your ear at one end and carefully poke around the engine bay to isolate where the whine is coming from.
