    I just had my 5100's installed up front on Saturday. I had the tsb done a few weeks ago. I love the way it sits. My Duratracs are going on tomorrow afternoon. But my issue is with the measurements that I took after the install. The front is the same at 36" to wheel well, but the back passenger side is 37 1/4" and the drivers side is 36 1/4". Is this the "Taco Lean" that I have read about? Is 1" normal? My gas tank is only at 1/4 tank right now. The dealer is doing the alignment tomorrow. Should I ask them to look at the rear driver's side or is this normal? It seems like 1" is a lot of difference to me.

    So I guess you got the dealer to do the TSB then? Did your orig dealer do it or did you go somewhere else? And I'm guessing your not selling your truck.

    I got the original dealer to do the TSB, with a little "coaxing" on my part. No, not going to sell it now with everything that I have in it.

    Good deal. Now as far as the Taco lean. I'm pretty sure the lean does not set in for a little while. Maybe your new springs just need to settle some. Maybe 1 side settled and the other has not yet. Maybe throw a load of something in the back and drive around a little. Might just level it out for you.

    Most folks experience the lean in the front, and don't have that noticeable difference in the back. This doesn't sound like the typical lean, especially with the leaf packs being so new.

    That is what I thought. I called the dealer. They are going to look at it when the do the tire swap and alignment tomorrow.

    If you post up a picture of the leaf packs on each side, we might be able to help you diagnose before it goes to the dealer.

    1" does seem kind of a big difference. As far as the lean affecting both front and rear, yes the right side in both places will be higher as part of the lean. Here's the measurements I did before and after installing the 5100s (I just repeated the data for the rears at both settings even though it obviously would be the same since it's just the front that changed). FYI, the measurements "after" in the rear are due to the Wheeler's 1.5" AAL. But you can see both front and rear before and after all have the lean, just not as much after the 5100s are on.

    These numbers are just about right on with mine except for the left rear.

    I would give it some time to settle first.

    when i first had the TSB done , it raised the back about 1.5 inches.

    about a week later the back end was only about 1 inch above stock.

    i dont think any truck sits perfectly level, and if it does its pure luck

    between options on truck, gas in the tank, the amount of wheel travel we have, etc.

    Lets see some good pics with the Duratracs!!!!

    Mine leans all of the time, but is easier to see from the rear especially when the tank is full. It may be common, but it shouldn't be confused with "normal"
