    anymore i always plead with mother nature to please please rain first before it turns to snow so that they don't put that stuff down for pre-treatment or else it washes right off the road, then they just use something else afterwards which is bad stuff itself

    Here in the thought of Snow or Freezing Rain has it being sprayed on the roads sometimes 24 hours before .

    Clear roads and rotted Rebar in Bridges not a good trade off to me.
