Thats a good plan. If they do sign and they didn't do what is needed for the maintenance plan, my Marine Brother (your husband) will hunt them down. Who the hell would want a pissed of Marine on their ass?

I thought about doing the Extended plan but I decide to do the work myself.

If you look in your maintenance book, there is a place for them to place a stamp or sign right there in the book. I think might be better as there is a list of the maintenance at the mileage. This way, there is no excuse as to what needs to be done. You can match what's on the invoice to the book.

shoot, im wondering if this is worth getting ($299 extended care) if i dont drive all that often? It looks like the plan goes by mileage, not months. i only put 2500 miles on my truck and ive had it for 7 months...what do you all think?

I bought a used 2015, at 26k, brought it in for 30k service, dealer charges 329.00 for toyatacareplus package. At 30k I get oil change, plugs, tire rotation, and multipoint inspection. Normally about 200 bucks. A good deal for me because my next 3 oil changes are paid for, plus rotations, about 50 bucks a visit. I like the dealer, and the mechanics, so it's worth it for me.
By the way, one of the services is the cabin air filter, which I did myself when I got the truck, they gave me the filter for me to do next time. Bonus, they charge 40.00 for a 12.00 filter.
