Yes. But no customer service. Also beware of fluctuations is shipping prices. One order was reasonable the next one of same parts was 5X shipping cost. They told me sorry that’s the way it is. So I shop somewhere else now when they’re shipping cost is stupid.

No! Do not buy from this website. They make returns IMPOSSIBLE, and even if you do manage to return an item they charge 20 percent for restocking. What a joke! Buy from eBay.

I made a comment about them early in this thread. Actually bought from them some yrs. back and the deal went ok.

But...toyotapartsdeal.com was Toyota.xxx.xxx.com at that time - forget the name. When that changed I began seeing more bad press about them. Recently I needed to do some work on a relatives Dodge Charger. Spent some time googling parts sites and came across one called moparpartsgiant.com. More digging revealed these guys were dirty. Digging deeper I found there's a "partsgiant.com" for many makes out there and the ones I investigated further were also dirty.

While their name may be different - toyotapartsdeal.com is associated with these "partsgiant.com" dealerships. That may not prove guilt, but I will tell you that I'd never deal with them...again.

As mentioned above - too many other places to deal with. If you are shopping for online sellers, don't use price alone as a criteria for doing business with them. You get what you pay for.

Huh, I've bought parts from them a few times over the last few months and always had a good experience. Cheap price and decent shipping (depending on what you buy). But I haven't had to deal with returns or anything.

And that's where it gets ugly when you read the reviews on these conglomerate parts sites.

Yeah that makes sense. Hopefully I won't have to deal with it but I'll keep that in mind next time I plan on ordering something. I have a couple tie rods coming from them in the next few days, they had a better price on them than most other sites I looked at.

Toyota Parts Deal is a part of Genuine Parts Giant. They are not a dealer, they basically run a website and they contract with various dealers who then ship you the parts. The dealers don't have to maintain a website, they just ship you the parts. So you might get orders shipped from several dealers in your region. If there is an issue you then have to deal with TPD - which is terrible.

As I, and others, have said, if you have an issue you will be screwed- Long story but I didn't know any better at the time and they got me for $360 thru Paypal. I spent hours on the phone with them and Paypal and finally gave up and put it in the "life's lessons" bin and moved on.

Again, TPD is great at taking your $ and all is fine until there is a problem. Find a real dealer to buy from online. I use Lowe Toyota in GA. You can call and talk to a human and they have good prices. It's just not worth saving $2 on a few orders when they eventually get you for $$, or $$$ in my case.

Ugg, $360 is an expensive lesson...

Kinda related, I needed an OEM part and searched on line for it. I called a couple of dealerships to confirm the part number and see if they would match the lowest online price I could find. A couple said no but the closest dealer to me (45 minutes away) said they would. This was about $120 off their original asking price.

I’d suggest folks shop on line, find the lowest price, then call the dealerships closest to them to see if anyone would match that price. Stay away from the conglomerate BS...

Well you guys have convinced me, hopefully my tie rods show up from them tomorrow as they're supposed to and from then on I'll just go to dealer's websites directly.

I’ve ordered parts from McGeorge Toyota, they usually have the best prices and were fast shipping my parts, though shipping charges a little high still came out as good as Amazon and I trust them more.

I used Toyota Parts Deal about a year ago. A positive experience with reasonable pricing. I may start looking else where after reviews here. Thx for heads up!

Wow I wish I read all this before I ordered from them. I'm here to tell you nothing has changed for 2020. I ordered some brakes for my Tacoma and they sent me the wrong pads. Their policy gives you 5 days to dispute the order. Unfortunately for me I didn't check the order until I was about to install them. You would think any business would take responsibility for employee error but not this one. Stay away from them.

I ordered floor mats and they come in a plastic bag, they just rolled it up and taped it and shipped it. They got damaged during shipping. Customer services seems automated, but I have pictures so if they try anything funny I will just dispute it with my credit card company.

What I found is that it is just a cheap (maybe a few dollars more) do order from a dealer parts site, find 1 close to get the best price plus cheapest shipping. Replacement mats were 3 dollars more expensive, but ordered and shipped in 2 days instead of 5 with TPD.com. I learned my lesson.

I ordered from them two weeks ago. I got exactly what I ordered with no problems. I would use them again

Absolutely not. ToyotaPartsDeal.com is a nightmare. If anything goes wrong with your order the ToyotaPartsDeal.com RMA process will be an absolute nightmare. I have a 2-week long RMA process in which ToyotaPartsDeal.com sent a shiny metal heat shield rather than a black plastic underbody splash shield and they argued about the RMA, required I provide pictures of the opened box with their ToyotaPartsDeal shipping label and all the parts they sent displayed with that box and then would not cross ship and forced me to communicate with them about 8 times to keep the process moving. ToyotaPartsDeal.com has third-worlders answer the phone and man the chat online. ToyotaPartsDeal.com email boxes are broken - you get mail from a no-reply email address and have to send to mailboxes which give no confirmation of receipt. I BCCed myself and proved to ToyotaPartsDeal.com I've been sending all of their required requests and photos and it was their broken system and broken email boxes and utter lack of regard for their customer and owning their screw up has made me sick. I cant believe jokers like this can stay in business. ToyotaPartsDeal.com is a maddening mix of third-worlders manning the chat and phone, emails with no-reply addresses, online "account" pages and an RMA and communication process which is designed to be both byzantine and labyrinthine.

I will be talking to the BBB and if this garbage keeps up - I will likely end up going to the CC company to get my money back. All this rigmarole for a $55 part. I wish I had never used ToyotaPartsDeal.com

They asked me for pictures of their label and the condition it was in, I provided them after they denied the initial RMA because the product came back to them not in the condition they delivered to me (I proved them wrong). I emailed them the photos and told them to refund me within 48 hours or I would do a chargeback on my credit card. They never responded so I charged back and got they refunded me the same day I did the charge back. Just handle it yourself and don't give them time to cause you undue stress.

After two weeks they just said the item is backordered and its coming from the manufacturer at some point. They offered a refund. I took it. I'll have to watch out for the refund. At this point I paid $45 for some snaps, bolts, washers. ToyotaPartsDeal.com is a disgrace.

After asking for the refund then the part has magically shipped already. Asked for the tracking number. Then they went radio silent. ToyotaPartsDeal.com is an insane asylum.

Yeah both my orders through them went well but after hearing these other experiences, I won't order through them again. As long as the order goes smoothly things are good, but if something gets messed up they are awful to deal with. Conglomerate website that deals with suppliers all over the country, too many moving parts for a company that apparently has next to zero customer service. Better to go through a dealership directly
