I bought a 2011 Toyota Tacoma 4x4 Base Truck pre owned in September of 2011, truck had 11,000 miles in it. the only blemish it had on it was a spot on the dash board where the previous owner mounted a gps. it left a round discolored and peeling area of the dash pad. How much would it run (ball park figure) for a new dash pad and labor and how hard is to change dash pad out? Or can one re dye or paint the dash pad in it. I'm in a truck payment for the next 5 yrs and this is starting to make me sick now.....thanks for any input. This truck is a timberland mica green with graphite interior

Look up dr vynil. They work wonders. Kind of like a dent wizard but for interior parts. There is most likely one in your area

    Yes.
That could most likely just be repainted. That would save you a LOT of money.

The dash pad was $512.61 with tax and all from Toyota Parts Counter and labor is $595.......Flippen expensive, but what in this world doesnt cost anymore? Just couldnt live with the defective dash or just cover up the problem, it would of still been there.
