Issue with my neighbor

The best way to piss him off and not know it's you would be to get some nasty stick bombs. They also have some that smell like rotting flesh... That will end the party's fast. I'm not sure how handy you are but you can rig something to cut his power during the party's... Oops power went out... Collect a few dozen rats and let them go under that fence... Basically you tried to be nice so now it's time not to be nice...

 

I'd make sure you aren't doing anything illegal. Doesn't make any sense to go get yourself in legal trouble because your neighbor is an ass. Pretty sure messing with any of his stuff would be illegal. Stick to audible or smelly tactics.

 

It turns out that we don't even have an HOA here. So we are Shit out of luck

estimate the average age of your neighbors. and select the appropriate khz. 15 khz affects me the most and gives me a head ache after a few seconds. in fact i have a head ache from looking for that youtube link for you.

no, you would need stadium sized lights for it to bother them, plus that would cost a lot of $. you would have to make or buy a stand to get the height, and buying LED's big enough would be a lot. and all you would achieve is giving them a reason to wear their stunner shades at night

 

Stink bombs and stuff. Make it smell so bad that people start gaging

Pretty expensive to move every time your neighbors suck.

 

Have someone do some suspension mods infront of their drive way. Could take all day. Oh sorry we cant move it until the wheels can go back on.

What ever happened to acting like an adult. Stink bombs, loud music, bright lights? This is a sad show of intelligence

 

I have been down the adult route and hit a dead end. I have no recourse and my neighbor can do whatever he wants. The idea was to find ideas to make his party less enjoyable without breaking any laws. .... Which should be easy since there aren't laws to regulate this stuff anyway.

 

^^^ he already tried acting adult like to get them to stop. I like the stink bomb because they're easy to deploy just throw over the fence.

 

Uh it seems like he has tried to act like an adult multiple times. Besides moving out what other options does he have? It is unnecessary for one to move out because neighbors are causing noise issues when most city ordinances would fine them but not in his case.

 

Stink bombs are great and most importantly harmless and annoying.
