I had a similar situation with the neighbors a few years ago. You mess with my families right to a peaceful living, I will stop it. I won't say what happened but they moved out quickly and it's peaceful again. No one is going to cause me to move just because they are dicks.

You may not be that aggressive but I'm sure he is irritating the neighbors also. Get them involved. I'm sure as a collective you could come up with some really irritating shit so he gets the picture. Especially when he realizes no one wants them there. It would suck if everyone at the party went to leave and every ones tires were flat( that tire valve stem tool is very useful, only takes a second and they can't just go fill the tire back up), and at the next party some of them had all but a gallon of gas siphoned out. Let all the Freon out his A/C...I could go on and on but I won't.

Be annoying but don't destroy or vandalize. Not worth getting in trouble over. Also be prepared for what you do to come back at you.

Stink bombs would work best without them knowing where it came from.

A lot of bad advice has been given in this thread it seems. Anything you do to retaliate against your neighbors will put you on the wrong side of the law. While they might not be cited for the noise their party is making, you can be if you blare an air horn or create a smoke screen or throw stink bombs or do any of the other things recommended in this thread. Unfortunately, in these situations if the HOA or police can't or won't put a damper on the problem then the only recourse is usually to move. I've had to do this several times in my life. As far as a lease is concerned, most state landlord-tenant laws have a clause about noise. Unfortunately, this clause usually is there to allow the landlord to evict, not to protect the tenants per se. If the house next door is not owned by the same landlord then you may have few or no grounds for vacating your lease.

    Fuddy duddy.

No one said to throw the stink bombs at them, that would be assault.

But he can make it smell like shit from his side of the fence.

    Do dents and scratches count?
Try sneaking out a swapping license plates on all the cars. If nothing else it will make you feel better and no one will notice it for a long time. ;)

Plant a flower or vegetable garden along the fence line. Just before each party, fertilize the garden with fish emulsion fertilizer. Super odorous, nothing illegal, its organic, and you'll have great flowers and/or vegetables. Just make sure not to over fertilize.

Not premeditated murder, it's called defense. You aren't arming yourself then heading to the neighbors to confront drunks, but if a drunk person comes over to your house starting trouble, I bet you'd want to have a way to defend yourself. Just saying. :)

I wouldn't give this guys posts a second thought man. Seems like a pushover. I'm not as young as I used to be and not nearly as quick to jump. But if your bothering my family, there is nothing I wouldn't do to fix the problem.
