If you have a TRD model, you would use a 90980-10868 and a 90980-10868
You will need to tap off of all three wires. The orange and red get diodes and combined post diode becoming the hot for the grille lights.
The black is your ground and doesn’t need a diode. The few sets of grille lights I’ve tested pull about 0.07A each (so 0.28 for a set of 4). Not enough added load to worry about. I’ll try to draw it up tonight if I have time.

This can also be done on the trucks with OEM LED headlights. They use a Molex MX150 connector instead of the Yazaki 090II, and you’ll have to make all 6 wires pass through.

Also, I am working on a few designs that will be modular so that you will have options.
    -TRD halogen or OEM LED
-Grille lights remain one brightness or dim with the DRL
-grille lights to work with turn signals on the SR/SR5
-plug and play (but will require a wire to the battery or other constant 12v+ supply) for the SR/SR5.

also, modular should allow future compatibility with whatever Meso is cooking up for his V5 mirror lights.

I have already tested in with @mwrood and it works as designed (except for my slight f’up not getting the connector seated right). See the first post here:
