Issue with Running Lights

So I noticed that my front running lights (on both sides of the truck) didnt blink when I used my keyless entry (remote for alarm). I pulled the bulbs (took them out of the bulb holder) thinking they died and found that they were still good. I put them back together, inserted them back into the housing and they worked. I turned the truck off and then back on again, and they stopped working. I noticed that if a "tap" on the exterior of the light housing the bulb will come back on.

Its obvious that something is loose. I took the bulbs back out and bent the bulb pins away from the bulb base (basically making the base wider so it would sit in the holder better), but this didnt work. I would doubt something in the harness went bad, so I am thinking that its the plastic piece that actually holds the bulb and gets connected to the wire harness.

Do you have any thoughts on this? Has it happened to you? Anyone know the part number of that piece so I can replace it? Thanks again!!
