When transporting bikes on my Yakima tailgate pad I have issues with my bikes that have round down tubes. It seems they never stay standing up straight, they always start to tilt over. My carbon and formed aluminum bikes have no issues.

Does anyone else have this issue?
Is this just because the Taco bed isn't tall enough?

This is part of why I think the EVOC pad is the best one. It has slots and straps to hold the bikes in place.

I bought the Yakima pad because it has the soft neoprene padding so my carbon bikes didn't get any paint damage on long road trips.

So does the EVOC. The RaceFace however shreds everything it touches.
