    I have been getting this mold ish type thing under my protected film on my hood any suggestions on what to do.

    Rip it [film] off because it's probably eating the organics in the paint. Probably already ruined or stained permanently by now.

    If it starts climbing up your arm, chop it off quickly, there have been movies made about this stuff. Wormwood is the name for it.;)
