it can't start...

    Hey, guys i have a 2003 4x4 3.4l it can't start the engine turn very strong and have clicking sound by the fuse box,,, this problem start yesterday i was installing a new alarm getting old alarm out but did not cut any cables just unplug the alarm (non factory alarm) put a new alarm and was staring well and them nothing and a clicking sound start... i don't know if is the fuel pump just need some advise here... thanks...

    rapid clicking sounds more like a battery

    If it turns over strong its not the battery. Clicking in the fuse box sounds like a relay to me.

    Again if the engine is turning over strong it is not the battery or the starter. Also according to the original post the clicking is coming from the fuse box, not the starter.

    Open the fuse box, lay you hand across the relays, try to start and feel which one is clicking. Try swapping it with an identical working relay and see it it solves problem, just remember which one you swapped it with. Or just replace relay.

    Are there any circuit opening relays that are part of the old alarm? It may need to be energized depending on the setup in order for the truck to start.

    Well... was not a battery cuz engine turn over strong, what it was is a ecm bad, was wet and that produce all kind of problems inside... need to get new one... will post back when i get it and the problem is resolve... Thanks yall.
