    I know a guy that has a cousin that works with a guy whose brother's son's school teacher once banged this dude that had an uncle that once talked to a Japanese guy that must have worked for Toyota because Japanese, and he said the '16 Tacoma is going to get 28 mpg/city.

    Like you I am starting to get really impatient with the lack of info from Toyota. I only hope that they don't have major problems with the 2016 Taco.

    In the meantime I keep looking at the F150 XLT and getting tempted. Around here they are giving incentives around $10k putting them damn close to the leaked 2016 Tacoma prices. However I am not sure the Fords will be trouble free for the 10 or more years I would like to own my next truck.

    My future brother in law has a brand new F150. I love the Taco but it cant compare. He recently took the truck on a road trip from VA to FL and was getting 25 mpg.

    Ecoboost. He said he is satisfied with the engine, speed, torque etc.. I have yet to hear him say he has hauled or towed anything with significant weight. It is however a really nice truck. May be the next truck I buy
