Its been a while and I was looking at selling the Taco. Cleaned it off and realized........ its been a damn good truck over the last 13 years................ why get rid of it.

Going to keep it and do some work.

    Got 6000.00

    1. Need new leather so it will be getting outfitted with Katzkin.

I am looking for suggestions from the group for the following:

    2. New rims with decent backspacing to fit 285's

    3. Good replacements for the OEM headlights.

    4. Good exhaust replacement.

Hoping to keep her for 5 more years or so.

    Thanks.

Nice, But…. I would wax it good, spit shine the existing wheels, buff the trailer hitch ball and put the 6k in an index fund and see where your at in 5 yrs.

No matter what kind of backspacing you are going to get with your rims you are still going to rub, unless you cut the cab corners

If you like the stock only and look for the headlights, I would stay with OEM absolutely, if you want to upgrade I believe tacomabeast.com has some really nice headlights.

As for the exhaust, not really that important.
I would look at stainless steel for the life Span, and all depends on what kind of drone or not drone sounding muffler you are looking for

I think most will recommend sticking with OEM headlights due to the quality.
I like my TRD exhaust, but nothing wrong with just replacing with an OEM one too.

Thanks all. I will check out the headlights. Its got a good lift already. I keep it polished like new and have almost 7 figures in the stock market so I am solid wasting 6000.00.
