It was 40% off it was 74$ shipped I believe.

 

I recieved my gb40 before I even got the shipping notice. I still haven't recieved some other accessories that I ordered with it. I sent them message on Friday waiting to hear back.

 

yep, none of my noco accessories have arrived yet

 

I have received my GB40, but the case or wall wart I also ordered have not shown up. I did get a shipping confirmation on Friday, but I got the GB40 on like Wednesday.

 

yeah i dont know what is going on, i received my skids before they have arrived lol

 

Hahaha, yea, hopefully everything shows up from NOCO...

Especially since the tracking number shows delivered... for the GB40, so I have no idea about the case or other thing.

 

I think the NOCO ship ground, because batteries...? Mine took 5 days to get from OH to IN on it's way to CA. Guessing it's going onto a freight train then to Los Angeles

 

My NOCO arrived Saturday but I ordered from Amazon. Lots of warning stickers about batteries on the box but it came quick from Amazon!

 

One of my three NOCO orders arrived today. They other two I requested cancellation. Placed all Thanksgiving night. Now, ten days hence, the other two show "processing", which is just another way of saying they are backordered. TEN days processing? It is inexcusable that a company this old with this much annualized sales couldn't be in a stocking position to handle the most important time of the year. Actually, nothing but arrogance on their part. Guess what BITCH? I measure everything by an Amazon Prime 2-day FREE delivery yardstick now. I don't wait for nuthin' over two days. Your lost sales NOCO.

still processing...

 

My order still says "processing" yet it was delivered to my doorstep yesterday.....

They're staff must be too backed up/busy to even update their order statuses.

 

I received my account and order confirmation emails on 11/23. I had to contact NOCO because a subsequent email stated I left items in my cart. I contacted NOCO, they said everything was good and should receive a shipment notification. That was 11/26. I'm fairly patient, but the lack of communication is annoying. Amazon order has already been delivered.
Do better NOCO.

 

They've probably never had this many orders come through. Probably only have like one guy in shipping.

 

I got the GB40 on cyber monday on Amazon for $62 and prime shipping

 

I reached out to NOCO yesterday and they responded in two separate emails. A few takeaways in case you are still waiting like me.

Standard response - Due to an unexpected volume of holiday orders, we are experiencing slight delays in shipping and tracking information updates. We are working as quickly as we can to resolve the issue, and are extremely sorry for the inconvenience. If you have not already received your order tracking information, we will send via email as soon as possible. It is currently taking approximately 7-10 business days to process orders, with tracking updates lagging in some cases.

The Service Rep - However, I just received word yesterday that most Black Friday/Cyber Monday orders have been processed, packaged, and have been shipped or are pending shipping. Our automated system went down and so we are manually sending updates to customers at this point - and that number is in the thousands. So it is likely that you may receive the unit before receiving an email with a shipping notice. We sincerely apologize for this hiccup in the process and appreciate you reaching out to us.

 

Follow-up to my request to cancel my two orders. Apparently they don't cancel orders, apparently they go find them and ship them right then so you can't cancel the order. Mine arrived a day and a half after I cancelled them. So everyone, cancel your order if you want to get it quick.

 

How about a wtf to FedEx? This is my noco order....grrr.
