Yes, we have merged with Trail Gear. We reached out and asked for their help with things and they were willing and able. Although we transitioned right before a HUGE sale and things are backed up right now (like usual this time of year), things will be much much better. We are looking forward to getting you guys some great deals on stuff real soon. Stay tuned! :D

Well Ive had good experiences with you in the past.....hoping for the best....but considering how things went to hell with All Pro when they got acquired by trail gear plus the issues with trail gear in the past it is clear why a few of us might be skeptical. Again hoping for the best. At least so far you are still active in the forums!

They probably took a look at his build and said dafuq with everybody else's orders. lol

All joking aside, it's the holiday's peoples. Does it suck we have to wait a few extra weeks to get our stuff? Yeah, it does. But one can only imagine how crazy busy they are right now packing everyone's orders.

I think the rear is in a dip forcing the front up a little. 9 threads showing. It should settle some. Felt pretty good on the short trip I took down some bumpy backroads.

Mine was shipped by the manufacturer, so nobody at Wheeler's had to pack anything.

I had contacted them asking if they could pack some U bolts in the box to avoid shipping cost. Maybe that got my order attention ? :notsure:

They were installed about 12 hours after delivery:oldglory:

I ended up cancelling my order. I had to reach out to them, since it has been three weeks, for an update only to find out they are on back order and won't ship until mid-January. I saw a couple people who ordered the same exact setup, after I did, already received their orders. I'm gonna buy from Accutune instead, that way I get custom valving and the spring rate I wanted anyway (650lb).

I understand they are probably swamped with orders from the big sale, but shipping stuff out of order it's received pisses me off. And looks like their customer service skills are lacking as well since they don't bother reaching out letting people know stuff is on back order. What's up @Wheeler's Off-Road Inc ??

Taking ~2 weeks to submit an order to a manufacturer (who ended up drop-shipping everything anyway) is unacceptable. Wheeler's just needed to submit, and then they were done; no reason for it to take so long. Once the manufacturer received the order, it shipped out the next day, and I had it soon after. Sure woulda been nice to have it two weeks prior, and not miss out on events...

I'm waiting on my Icon rxt leafs from wheelers also, I was told that they ware waiting on Icon to give them an update and there really isn't an idea of shipping dates. Wheelers has been quick to respond back to me, I did have to reach out to them though. What makes me mad about the whole thing is I ordered them because there site said they were in stock, I had the next two weeks off so plenty of time to install but now that wont happen. I would of just spent the extra money and ordered from headstrong so I could have got them installed if I would of known they weren't in stock.
