First, thank you for your feedback. Without it, We (sales) would never know that their remote location shipping department has major issues. Apologies here guys. This is a whole new operation for us entirely. New system, new warehouse with employees that have never even seen some of this product before, and new vendor status' which causes delays in drop ships with account transfers. The shipping department has been putting orders on back order in the system and haven't told a soul to notify customers of delays. So the trial and obvious error is what your seeing. This doesn't fix anything currently. But we are on it and fixing these huge holes in our operation. This is not a good example of who we are and our known customer service. Black Friday sales were extremely rushed on our end and we sincerely apologize for the delays.

FYI, my order was placed prior to Black Friday.

I've also had prior issues with orders from Wheeler's. Everyone here will do what they want, but I am not going to be a Wheeler's customer after all the issues I've had over the years.

I was just going to check back on this thread to see if anyone was having issues with a particular dealer and it looks like I'm not the only one. I've been given 3 different estimates shipping dates and so far none have stuck...

Wheelers just shipped out my Icon RXT leaf pack. Ordered it on black friday. Apparently it was back ordered through Icon. Didn't bother me as I'm not gonna install it until March or April.

I have the same leaf pack. So far so good. Which option do you plan on going with?

Option 2. I have a shell with a full rack and misc gear. What option are you on?

I went with option 2. The front is sitting at 23 1/4" and rear is at 24 1/2". I plan on lifting the front another 3/4" and am thinking of going with option 3 since from spring to fall I have a rack and RTT and am worried that if I lift the front the rear would be to low if I leave it at option 2. Still on the fence about that though. I think it's a good move with going with at least option 2.

How is the ride with option 2?
I installed the leafs as is. I dont have extra bed weight and was thinking of swapping out the leafs to give me a little more lift. So far I'm happy with the ride on and offroad wit

It’s on the truck for delivery today. Won’t be installing for another month or so. Will report back later on it.
@Daddy_Firebird has it on option 2.
