Adding to the above - personal preference. I have owned both Streamlight and SureFire flashlights throughout my military career - honestly I prefer the feel and quality of a SureFire over Streamlight - leading to just a brand preference. For the cost of what a SureFire typically sells for - the deal was pretty amazing.

There are a multitude of other vendors who offer products that are spec’d higher than the “leading brand” - however for some reason, people are drawn towards their preference....I will always be an iPhone user - no matter what Samsung brings to the table, I feel the quality of an Apple product is superior. As I am typing this - I regret bringing up Apple vs _____. Damn it.

You do know that Samsung is now the manufacture of the iPhone screen right? :boink: :D

I hate you. Also I still have the iPhone 6s. So as long as I never upgrade I won’t be a hypocrite. And at the amount of money I spent on suspension parts this last week - I will never upgrade. So problem solved. :)

I have that Streamlight and many others, but I paid 55 dollars for TWO Surefires not just one.

How does 100% off sound to you? Where in Oregon are you... if you're near by I'll give you my 2 gallon red RotopaX. Piece of garbage as far as I'm concerned.

The RotopaX doesn't leak... I just swells quite a bit and the nozzle doesn't work at all. I upgraded to Jerry cans with non-US regulated nozzles. They will out last me! The RotopaX didn't even last 2 years.

I do, however, have a white (for water) RotopaX mounted in the bed of my truck for emergencies.

    DM sent! Back on topic....
