    Yowch! I have the plate/screws on both bones in rt forearm......skateboard thing from the 70s......Xray looks similar except 2 sets in same shot.................HEAL thyself.

    The bruising is actually from internal blood pooling, not the trauma.

    Heal up man, take it easy except for PT (If they send you) You'll want to regain as close to 100% mobility in the shoulder.

    I broke mine in a cycling accident, landed hard on the left shoulder and it snapped in two, hurt like a MF'er.
