    Hey folks,

Just checking in for the first time today. No, my Tacoma is neither Big nor Sexy, that's all me... LOL! (Insert sarcasm font here).

I bought my extremely clean Taco 3 years ago when it had just under 70k miles on it. Since then I have added almost 70k more trouble free miles. It was a decision that I had to make under the gun after dropping my second transmission within a year in my 2003 Yukon XL over 1000 miles from home. I've pretty much just changed the (synthetic) oil every 10k, changed all the fluids in the truck at the 100k mark and picked up a set of new tires since purchase.

I decided to join this group after doing some research for replacing rear shocks and pretty much the entire front suspension. My son and I replaced the rear shocks last week and we are tackling the front suspension (coil overs, top hats, upper and lower control arms, and tie rod ends) this Friday over the kid's Christmas break. I am an industrial electrician/engineer by trade. I really enjoy working on my own stuff so long as I'm not under a deadline. The kid is just starting to see the rewards of working on your own vehicle so that makes it even better.

Anyway, just want to say thanks in advance to all that have contributed to this BB already. I know some people have dedicated a ton of their own personal time. It does not go unnoticed by me.

    Happy Holidays!
