    Before both our times there was Hurricane Kathleen in 1976! It came up from Baja. It decimated the desert. I have read stories in books about the damage done.

    I was out in the desert when the remnants of Hurricane Jimena were going through there. That was some nasty stuff!!!! Lots of thunder and lightening, very strong winds, heavy downpours. It was fun though. :D

    In July of 2006 a Tornado touched down about 20 miles from my house that was pretty sweet.

    I've got a sport 2wd and i gotta say it did really good. I haven't off roaded a lot so it might not have been a big deal for a lot of you guys but it was fun as hell for me.. Slidding around alittle into ruts and just navigating thru the muddy trail was fun.

    I saw rain today on bee canyon no mud pics I was in my work truck but the jeeps leaving the trail had some light mud. I wish it would rain every day.
