I have done my research and Im still confused as all hell. I want to put a lift on my 14 taco and i decided on a skyjacker lift but not sure the amount. I want to run 32's. I also am not sure what i should regear to. Any help is greatly appreciated. This lift is for off road purposes but is also my dd

    What engine you running?

32's should require much lift. Could probably achieve that with adjustable bialys (5100) and an add-a-leaf. I'm running 265s on stock suspension without issue. I believe they equate to just over 31". Also, you shouldn't need to regear for 32s.
