If the truck was bought at a Toyota dealer, you should take it back. Wasn't Toyota with
3 months guarantied for each used cars sold?
For the 3rd question on you-re list, I was surprised a few times in the beginning with the radio turning itself on, just to realized that I touched the steering wheel controls by mistake.

It's Toyota Certified Used so I have a 12,000 mile warranty that I will be using. I was just hoping to not have to use it right away. Thanks for the thoughts everyone!

My truck is base so no steering wheel controls. :)

Get the exhaust fixed and have them look at the radio. Once the exhaust is fixed, then go from there on any more noises. No need to be swapping parts out if they're still good. You also may want to go to a different dealer than the one you bought this truck from. That exhaust should have been picked out quickly if they actually did an inspection on the vehicle before selling it.
