He wanted me not to report it, but I did. When I called the # he gave me as his home # it was out of service. Boy am I glad I reported it. The company sent me a check no problem after I sent a estimate.

Almost the same thing happened to my brother. He had a new rav 4 sport. Very happy and excited. First vehicle. Had it for 6 months. No dents, scratches and always kept it clean. He picked up my mom to go grocery shopping at Walmart. While driving down the road through the parking lot, a guy cuts out from being park (talking on a cell phone) and hits the Rav right in the side. The guy was driving an old beat up company van gets out and says to my brother "not much damage done". My brother lost it. But insurance covered it - $2700

I saw an F-150 with one the other day while I was camping. Fuckers honked at 3:00am and woke up the whole campsite and ever since then, I've wanted one. How much do they run (parts/labor)?? And can you use the
conpressor to air up your tires too or is it permanently attached to the tank?

That sucks man. Couple of weeks ago some stupid girl backed up into my front bumper, but apparently my truck's like in the commercials, basically indestructible. Just scratched it. Sorry to hear/see that man.

Oh yeah, somebody swiped my front bumper too. No idea when it happened, but it left some paint and a scratch by my fog lamp, and nobody left a note when that happened.

I guess I should have got a witness, but nobody stopped. My insurance is saying that if he disputes my story, which I'm sure he will, his insurance company may decline to cover and I'll be stuck paying my deductible... Which would really suck seeing as how my wife is 6 months pregnant. I'm going to fight it as best I can... The gouge in my rim will show that my truck wasn't moving when he hit me, and I'm thinking that will discredit him if he says we were both backing out at the same time.

I haven't measured the tread depth, but they sure look like they've worn pretty fast for only having 15,200 miles on them. Otherwise they've been a decent AT tire. They do pretty well on snow in 4wd, they're ok off road, and they're quiet on pavement... I may get some dedicated winter tires though when the baby comes in December.
