    I joined back in February, but looks like I'm on the cusp of attaining a Taco, possibly as soon as tomorrow. It'll be a first gen, because I love the body style. Was in an accident Friday evening, and it looks like my little gas-saver will be totaled out. Since I've been following craigslist like a hawk, I've seen a few of what I'm lookin' for. Even found one with 89,000 on the mileage, and am curious if I should go for it.

    Welcome! and 89k is still like new! just check for frame rust and have a mechanic check it out really well to make sure its not falling apart. but really 89k miles is nothing.

    Welcome to the family and hopefully your gas saver saved you a lot because here come the mods.. Its not uncommon for me to drive to another city and help Tw members do mods on their trucks. I just like wrenching on the taco.
