FedEx is who I work for. It's just a little bit of pride. :D

I will look into these links tonight when I get home. I considered it but love the idea of having Brembo breaks, BBS rims that I love actually and that stupid bad ass aircraft wing in the back. I'm torn. But you are right, I can save a lot of money up front. I was just looking for something a little ready off the bat. I didn't want to MOD it out like my truck.

lol looks like WeberSarge is drinking and tacomaworlding hahaha.

my best advice would be to sell some of those parts, remember add ons don't add to the value of a vehicle

after doing more reading it sounds like you take VERY good care of your truck, i would say take nothing less than 14.5k unless you start getting desperate

I'm leaning towards that. I just need to know what the sale of truck itself is going to bring in to justify having payments again. I agree though selling some of that stuff would be ideal but not if I only get 10 or 12K for it. Just not worth it. I was looking for a consensus to see what the majority of you think I could get. It's a wide range from 12 to 18K so far.

you can always drive it into the dirt, the bright side of that is not making more payments on another car/truck. judging from the cleanliness of it i doubt you beat that truck much so i would honestly say its got another 100k left in her with the proper care

Brembos are nice looking when you wrap them with Volk te37se!

IMO the EJ is an outdated platform, whereas the FA is new, has direct injection, low mount turbo ECt. New J pipe exhaust, a tune and you make more power than a stage 2 sti :).

I tried to trade my truck earlier this week on a '15 WRX, but the dealer didn't even want to come close to KBB or NADA trade value on my truck. I like my truck, but I really wanted that car!

All those mods won't get you much, this is why I won't do much in the way of mods on mine.

I just threw it in the KBB app and it comes up with:
    "fair purchase price" $9,844 - $13,023

I wouldn't buy it for any more than book value as I wouldn't want to lose more equity in it than necessary right from the get go.

This is just my opinion, but when you bolt on a bunch of aftermarket "upgrades" on a vehicle you will rarely actually increase the value of the vehicle. That's just how the automobile market is. I'm with those that say, "if you want your $$$ back out, part out what you can, return it to a clean stock truck, and cut your loses." Remember, unless it's truly a classic collector vehicle, it's likely a losing money situation. IMO of course:D Good luck!

As did I but I didn't get that price range. I assumed you entered your zip code. Damn! AZ has a higher market for them I guess. That's where they ship them to. Haha. I totally agree. I'll more than likely part it out and sell most of the accessories locally. With that in mind, I was hoping to hear from others that also sold with high mileage but I'm guessing they left TW after that happened. :p

I made a for sale thread like this for my last truck and ended up selling it for more than people said it would, I listed it high because I didnt really want to sell and it was more of a if it sells then cool if not ill keep it.

2005 dcsb, very clean, 150,000 miles, total chaos ucas, fox coilovers, camburg spindles, wheelers bumps, fox rear shocks, pioneer double din, method wheels, and 3 month old nitto tires. I also included all pro leafs uninstalled. Sold it for 17,500. So that might help you out some. The truck was very! clean though, looks like yours is too

This has been a very interesting read for me
cuz I'm on the fence of what to with mine. :)
I have a 2005 DCSB TRD off-road. Just rolled over 100,000 miles. Damn near as clean as OP's. Pretty much stock, a few minor stuff, nothin serious. My local stealership offered me 16k for mine on trade for a new 2015 DCSB TRD OR & took 2500$ off the purchase price. :)
Still tryin to decide what to do.

I don't know if this helps the op out, but good luck with the sale.
