In the user manual it seems to only list locations for the bottle jack for lifting the vehicle. In all my other prior vehicle manuals it will list multiple locations for different lifting applications along with jack stand locations.

On the locations noted to lift in the manual there would not be room to place jack stands next to the jack and then lower the vehicle. So where do you guys place your jack and stands when doing maintenance on the truck?

This is from the Factory Service Manual; little different than the Owner's Manual.
