    I ahve lifetime alignment and rotation. so I never do it myself

    Well, you already got the mod bug. And you need a jack now. Methinks you might need one again someday. Someday soon, even. Besides, who doesn't need a good floor jack? Shoots.

    But, check with your friends, somebody has got to have one you can borrow for now.

    Just picked me up some HF 6 ton jack stands, insulator things and rubber wheel blocks. I I've done a lot of maintenance on the taco with the 3 ton stands I already have, but wanted something to help me for my suspension install coming up soon.

    I think since I have to get jack stands and a jack, I will looking the jack stand/lift combos.

    I've had good luck with pressure treated 4X4s. I've been using the same ones for 15 years, no cracks and never a problem.
