Would you guys recommend a 3 or 6 ton? I’m installing icons on it and taking out my old lift. Not sure which would be better.

Get the 6-ton jack stands. 3-ton jack stands have enough weight capacity, but lift range is 11.75"-16.75". If you are jacking on the frame, the tires won't clear the ground at full suspension droop. 6-ton jack stands with 14.50"-23.75" lift range are more useful.

Get 6 ton jack stands. Nothing wrong with a little extra strength when it comes to jack stands. Jack stands do bend and break from time to time. I know for a fact.

Get the 6 ton. My 3 ton are not tall enough after my 2” lift. I use 2x10 scraps under the jack stands to get me there.

Both. The 3 ton are easy to handle. The 6 give you height.
