So I bought this for my wife to take camping for her CPAP machine. On the A/C port she got 3 nights use out of it. I purchased a D/C power cable off Amazon that was compatible (cigarette lighter style) and she was able to get 5 nights use out of her CPAP.

The catch with D/C is that if the draw is under 10 watts the battery shuts off after 6 hours. So she would just power it on again. It is slow to charge at 36 watts per hour charge.

We caught this on sale about a month ago when Hobotech on YouTube had a 20% off code. We've onLY tested at home but I think this will be a winner.

How has this been working out for you with a CPAP machine? Are you really able to get a few nights off one charge? Everything I have been reading indicates you need the larger battery (Explorer 1000) to run a CPAP overnight? I had a goal zero (forget which one but seemed to be about the same size as the one you linked) for a few years that would only last half the night. I ask because dealing with the CPAP is basically what is preventing me from camping.

So just plugging in her Cpap with the 120v cord (NO heater/humidifier) it drains 30% in one night, if you get a DC cord for your Cpap in will drain 18% or so. YES it works. Good luck!
