    lots
    ive played there twice now. last time about a month or so ago the greens were pretty seeded/sandy and lots of patches where they were tryin to repair them. but yesterday they were in way better condition. a little sandy still but they were rollin pretty quick. soft enough to leave a few good ball marks on the green though :).

    Welcome in advance!! If you want to stay near Mayport then Atlantic Beach area is a good choice....the closer you get to the ocean will get higher in $$ of course.
    You can cross over the ditch (ICW) then look more towards Jacksonville and the choices are unlimited. The closer you get into town gets more and more crime ridden for the most part. The layout is kind of hit or miss sometimes....you can be in the bad hood one minute then drive a mile and be in the upper wealthy hood the next. :cool:

    Welcome matt. Like everyone has said already try look out at the beach if you can afford it. i would go take a look around the hodges or kernan area. both are nice areas and less crime. Also its not too far from the base. If you need anything when you get down here let us know.
