Jacksonville area Tacos..

I was driving close to Beach Blvd. and Southside Blvd. today and saw a lighter blue XR with silver flames on the front. Is he/she a member on here anyone?? I would have taken a picture but I was driving...

Sounds like a lot of Tacos in one place. I'll be on my way to Rhode Island for the week, leaving on Friday. Got to help my Mom clean out the house to put up for sale. I'll be checking for the pics when they get posted. Have fun...

Wow I can't believe I just found this area for NoFL Tacos. I am still a newbie when it comes to the mods and such and I have yet to lift mine from the stock Pre-Runner height, but wouldn't mind getting together with you all sometime. I don't take my baby off road much (couldn't spring for the 4x4 package back then) but love to ride with others while they abuse their trucks lol

 

You would be suprised what a prerunner could do offroad, especially considering you have the locker.

It's not abuse, it's use. You just have to make sure you clean it really well after this use. Underneath I mean. It usually takes me 2 hours to clean underneath after I go in mud, water, or wet stuff and an hour or so to make the body look spiffy.

 

Oh I have no doubt that it could probably handle it's own in most situations, maybe it's just more my inexperience that I am worried about as I haven't done alot of off-roading with her.

 

It would definatly be best to go out with others if you're worried cuz we'll just pull you out if you get stuck, no biggie. Also it's not like you have to do anything you're not comfortable with.

 

I guess I always just felt off-roading was one of those if your truck (or you) cant handle it, dont bother. I might have to go out with some of you guys sometime and see what its all about.

Oh yea its something I have always wanted to do... just never wanted to do alone - and well the wife just isn't down to joining me.....
