In FL only use stainless tips....They will never RUST...Look at my picks...

I got some Alum & put it on the all weather matts. Used supports under it & clear silcone when I put the pop-riv thought it. It was a Little bit of work but I think it looks good with the OBX peddal covers I got from Toy..

yea because apparently "papa smurf" cannot drive very well. backed my truck into a jeep, then they set up their ramps to get my truck on the lift and they didnt set them up right. so as im driving up the rack, they came out and my truck slammed down on the side skirts. so now i need all new clips, brackets, and a new passenger side tailight. Let alone i was there from 1pm, til after 430 before they touched the truck, and then it was 6 by the time i left.

 

I'd be so pissed. Are they going to cover the damages?

 

the taillight they are, but they say the side skirts are my fault as i was driving. just because i was driving doesnt mean that their failure to have things working properly is my hault.

 

I'd be so mad. I hope the clips aren't expensive and the fix isn't a pain.

You think they'll mind if they have a whole bunch of Taco's doing donuts in their parking lot?

 

thats why you lift you truck and you never have that issue haha but i will admit your x is pretty damn sick tho

 

lol the clips are cheap. Brian messed some of his up i think they are like 50 cents or something.

 

Brian as in 6 inch and 35's? What clips does he have on his truck. I thought the clips were for the side skirts?

good that they are cheap but still an inconvenience.

 

There are little clips that hold the fender flares on also. I dont know what he did but he broke like 3 or 4 of them off

 

Oh ok. I guess because his tires are so big he stuffed them too far or something.

Hey guys, Today im getting my GC in and have been thinking that i want to put 2 driving lights behind it like john's and nick's....however i've never bought aftermarket lights and really have no idea what to buy and how to install them..any help would be awesome..thanks

 

How much are you looking to spend on lights? Do you want HIDs or just regular?

 

Umm, i really dont know how much they go for, but i was thinking about maybe 50-75$ Since i dont have HID in my headlights, do you think it would look bad with HID lights behind the gc?

 

Well you can pick up some hella 500/500FF from walmart for like $40 for the pair and if you want to go with HIDs you can get a set for like $30 plus shipping. I dont think it would look bad since you wont be running the Hellas all the time. Thats the route i am going to look into.
