appreciate the offer but I doubt the parents would let me. They are kind of worry warts. You should have heard them when I wanted to go down the hill on the other side to the right of the one I went down. They were like "I don't know if this is a good idea". Thanks though.

I'll be going to Colorado late May but it will be on my bike... I plan on a few weeks total time to do the trip. Not sure if I'll make it to Moab but will do Estes Park for sure, maybe even ride up to Pike's Peak.
Look forward to tomorrow with whoever shows up.

 

I will tell you something about that drive to CO - Kansas is a boring state to drive thorugh lol.

i might pick up the spring compressor tomorrow and bring it over and try and throw those spacers in.

 

that is why i went west through texas instead of northwest through kansas. much better ride.

 

Ryan you need to get the aligment done after that. They are a pain in the ASS to take out the ft shock/strut, from the ground. I got a TRD sup & I was not able to do it on the ground. I made a friend at the dealer & he charged me 50.00 to put the fts in but now they are not alowed to do side work any more at the dealer. NFL off road said 300.00 total to do the jobs & thats includes the Daystar spacers & aligment...

 

yeah you are telling me i go that way cuz i used to live like 10 min from fort collins and jhon you should take your truck there is a town just out side of estas called drake if you take that exit there is a mnt called strom mnt and thats ware i used too go wheeling all the time or if you go up the canyon a liltle bit more there is a place right by the seven mile rv camp ground that is pretty sick too and it might still be pretty cold in may tho and moab was like 6 or 7 hrs from loveand thats ware i lived

 

Yeah it shouldnt be that bad. Just compressing that damn coil and slip it on the top and bolt everything back together.
