Yeah I have heard good things about Dixie, tried to get them to do my alignment when I could find any shops to do it but they didn't have any availability. They were actually the ones who referred me to the Tires Plus in Mandarin (said they send people there all the time cause some guy knows how to align lifted trucks better there, Can't remember his name idk).

Anyway those tires are actually .10" smaller in height haha. Really depends on price difference and the wheel you are putting them on before I could make any decision about going with wider tires. I don't want mine to stick out too much and damage my fenders at full stuff so that all depends on you and wheel BS/offset and also bumpstop height etc. However I am sure they would be fine.

Yes I'm aware they are a hair shorter and that's what I want. I figured with A hair shorter tire maybe fitting the one inch wider tire It would not rub or maybe as much either way. I definitely dont want to tear up my fender flares either. As far as my rims they are 17x9 with a 4.25 back space and -6 offset. I would even be willing to stay with the same height tire as I have now as long as I can go wider.

    Wider is better

Well Id rather not run spacers and I like the look of fat ass tires sticking out from the truck.

I also like running out at the beach and don't want to have to worry about getting stuck so I wanna float across the sand. More surface area better chance of staying on top And yes I'm aware airing down works miracles but who wants to do that just buy wider tires.

lol well I did say I would rather not run spacers, doesn't mean I wont if thats what I have to do to achieve the look i'm going for. Im going to have to wait and see what they look like with better tires. but after all the cash i just spent its gonna be a while for tires. Unless someones running a hell of a deal.

Hey Zach is anyone going down to the meet this Sunday

All has to do with tuning, airflow, and changing the frequency. All depends on the speaker specs and the sound you are going for. I personally always liked bandpass boxes when I was into all that stuff cause I love LOOOWWWW deep bass better than a hard hitting thump.

that being said bandpass boxes are huge and are not ideal for our trucks unless you are walling off the back of a double cab (which I did in my Cherokee back in the day)

A sealed box is the smallest of all enclosures.

Ported boxes are air hogs and if not done right sound sloppy.
