I would just point out that your position isn't always the case...doing the right thing sometimes requires sacrifice that far outweighs any feathers in the hat, no pun intended. Just sayin'.

In my opinion, this is taking it over the top. And that's just me. If he was admitting to stabbing, shooting, hit and run etc. Then yes that requires some sacrifice > feathers.

No, I got what you mean. What I was getting at is that I doubt community approval was remotely on the moderator's radar in this situation. They've certainly done plenty of unpopular things before in the name of their personal rulebook and for other reasons. I don't think the rowdiness of the unwashed masses particularly influences them to any massive degree.

I respectfully disagree. Just because something occurred on this venue doesn't necessarily make it any less legitimate.

I say "necessarily" because determining its legitimacy is not my place. That aside, precedence seems to indicate internet boasting ain't what it used to be. Our society's authority figures now know how to use The Googles and FaceSpace. And they seem keen on approaching their information gathering from avenues that people used to consider completely anonymous.

He does have a point of asking why? James may post some dumb shit but he doesn't personally attack others like others do to him. Fuck he blows it off and still is happy as a clam. maybe everyone else is the problem. just because someone doesn't like someone else doesn't mean they should get attacked or banned. if thats the case the mods would ban people all day long.

Its just him a lot of time making a bad name for people. Teenagers, desert racing, etc. I feel like he has good intentions at heart, he just is immature and it often results in him doing stupid things.
