I am going to be putting on JBA shorty headers(live here in CA, no can do with the long tubes), but was wondering if a single out or dual out muffler would give a deeper, louder sound/note. And does the size of the piping matter for sound? Hopefully some people have experience with both. Thanks...Mike

This may sound crazy, but this muffler sounds amazing with the JBA headers and stock Y pipe

It's a Magnaflow SS muffler. 4" round body, 14" long.

You will need to have your exhaust shop weld it in and have them add some pipe as this muffler is much shorter than stock. It will not be insanely loud, but it does sound perfectly deep.

what is the difference between the SS and the regular mufflers, other than the shape, or is that the only difference and thats what makes the difference in the sound, do you have one on?

SS is stainless steel, so it will last much longer;)
