I’m running them with 35” tires on a 2nd gen. Had to run 1.25” spacers.

Are they -12 offset? How do you like them. I’m between them and Scs. Thanks

I have a 6in drop bracket lift with 33s and my truck feels like it's all over the road at speed. My caster is currently at 2.3 after alignment. Would I need the high caster ucas or the oem version to fix my wondering on the interstate. Also have bump steer pretty bad would these fix that? Thanks in advance. I know nobody's likes 6in lifts but thats what I have and ide like some information from yall

Thank you, on his website it says the oem jba ucas are for drop cradle lifts, but would the oem version give me more caster or do I need the high caster version that adds 3° of caster.

So I just placed my order for the ucas to go with my 3” 888 lift with hs 3 leaf aal with ol still in. I’ve been reading stuff about rubbing with the ucas? I plan on going 285 with a cmc and my current wheels are a 16x8 with a -6 offset. Should I be worried and if so what are my workarounds?

I am trying to find wheels for my 3rd gen to run 285/70R17 tires. I'm getting mixed opinions on what wheels I can run with this to clear the UCAs. Has anybody run scs f5 or fn Konig Countersteer Type X?

What should be a good caster degree for 2.5" lift Tacoma?

Most people shoot for 2.5-3”, 0 camber, and either 0 toe or having some postive toe is fine as well on the STD but it really depends on your application.

Is that the right caster for this JBA high caster upper control arms?

Yea the STD is the high caster, if you want to jump your truck and want more than 3” caster the the HD version. As said before It depends on the application. Most people who have a lift and cmc go for as close to 3” caster.

I believe that's wrong. Stdr and HD are in regards to the thickness of the metal. The HD ucas are thicker for more aggressive driving . There an oem option and a high caster option. You're going to want the high caster Stdr unless your are offroading at high speeds then you would get the high caster HD

I have 3.4* and 3.5* caster with my STD arms, with 0 camber and toe is perfect

That’s what I meant. If you beating the crap out of your truck and need more caster grab the HDs. The HDs are huge compared to the STD

I just ordered some and spoke with marlin of jba. He told me to have the alignment tech shoot for 4° of caster. I have a 6in lift and 33s.

So is the only reason for new or better UCAs is more caster and better alignment numbers? If you can get your truck aligned with factory UCAs why would you need to replace them?

Because when you lift it, you mess up everything. Camber will be off as well as toe and caster will be low so the truck will wander

They also allow additional droop, for extended travel shocks, suck as King or Fox. And they’re stronger, and better ball joints.

If you can get numbers you like and it drives comfortable on stock UCA's no need to spend the money. Some of these guys have money to burn.
