I have these arms and beat the ish out of them. Love everything about them except the fact that I now rub with tires i wasn't having rubbing issues with before. Probably something someone more experienced and wiser than I would have known, but added caster appears to change where the tire sits in the fender well. started rubbing the upper when turning and then had to throw my spacers back on.. which now make me rub my cab mount even with a CMC... soooo trying to figure out if i get some smaller spacers if I can get back to not rubbing... BUT in regards to design and quality I can tell you top notch!! I would buy these again and again. I will NEVER own another set up UNI's EVER!!! Not worth all the trouble and noise for an average income non-sponsored wheeler who beats his used to be brand new taco... poor thing never knew what it was in for..

See I was debating trying the BORA .75" spacer and thought it would be perfect but not sure.

Got the HC arms installed and im now rubbing the cab mounts with 265/75/16 dynapros on 4.5bs wheels and 1.25 spacers.. Even looking at the rub marks it would still rub after taking the spacers off. The caster numbers on my truck is 2.8 on the left and 3 on the right

From my experience it's really tough to tell what will rub and what won't from just the internet posts about what others are running. You could put the JBA HC arms on one truck and another with that tire size and one might have 5 mm and the other might be rubbing. I know the setup I ran previously required me to run 1/4" spacers to get the tires to clear the stock UCA's so it doesn't surprise me that you are having these problems. Your best bet, unless you want to ditch some lift, is too find some aftermarket rims with better backspacing to push the tire out a bit but not nearly as far as your spacers currently are.

Why? Are you still unhappy with the camburg alignment numbers?

Numbers are okay but being at the full 3 inches which these are not designed for there is a tiny bit of wandering

I'd be interested in buying your UCAs if the price is right. I'll send you a PM.

I wasnt even close to rubbing the back before... It would hit the front bumper before at full lock and now i cant even fit a fist between the tire and the fenders with the steering wheel straight. Im going to take off the spacers soon but from the wear marks it looks like ill still rub the cab mounts with 265/75/16

I already have a CMC and now am thinking the non-HC version would have been better.. Anyone want to buy a pair of HD HC arms with less than 200miles? Why must stuff not work as we want them too...

Believe all arms are HC now. Have you tried getting an alignment? Have them dial the caster down a hair?

Had it aligned the day I installed them, and the caster is at 2.7ish on driver and 2.5ish passenger and that was the lowest they could get. has anyone been able to get lower caster than that will HC arms?
