I just purchased these in preparation for my upcoming lift. However, I see no information on how to tell which one is the LH or RH UCA. Is there a difference between sides, or are they symmetrical with one another?

    Thanks.

If you hold it up next to your stock one it should be quite noticeable which one is which

And plus, the LH one would never align to the right side

I did the 314 medium load put on second clip. To get the control arm bolts out you have to bend the inner front splashwells a little. I used c clamps tighten then pulled on them enough for bolts to pass then just took a rubber mallet and taped them back with ease. U WILL NEED 2 PEOPLE FOR THIS.

Bummer. Was planning on solo. Don’t think that’s possible? How much lift did you get out of the 314’s?

I did it solo, and I think most people do. It’s not difficult.

Great. It seems simple but it wouldn’t be the first thing that seemed simple that wasn’t. Appreciate the heads up.

314 on second clip is 3” or a tad over. On stock weight at zero clip is about 2 1/4. I have the avid front bar on mine

I did solo install. You gonna need a breaker bar to pry the UCA while inserting the washers

I have uca install planned for Sunday and coils the following Sunday. Have to work around a busy schedule and family. Love to get it all at once but don’t have coils until Monday and want to give myself plenty of time to get uca’s switched. Coils should only take me 2hrs tops. I’ll have photos and numbers up after the 23rd.

or you can cut them and put them in reverse. had to do this today. check your local toyota stealership. bolts are like 10-15 bucks each. putting them in the other direction is a little easier to service in the future and cutting them saves time and bending. just up to you. I bent the drivers side (and installed the bolt back the factory way cus the brake lines were a bitch) and cut the passenger (cus i couldn't bend the frame enough and installed the bolt back in reverse cus it was 100% easier)

wait you have 265/75r16 and rubbed with lift and UCAs? I had them before lift and didn't rub. after lift without UCA's and didn't rub, and now with lift and UCA's at 2.1 and 2.5 caster and still don't rub. So weird. I guess that "every truck is different thing" applies here huh. any idea why?
