I know its a little cheaper than the diamond, but convince me. Why ruffstuff?

The whole reason I'm entertaining the idea of a new axle is I slightly bent the stock one. Looks like I hit the whoops a little bit fast and it's tweaked between the springs and the brake drum. I got a little bit of negative camber going on both rear wheels at the moment.

i dig the trail gear rock assault axle, i like the idea of having 1 inch more ground clearance on the housing.

TG housing isn't wide enough for my purposes.

I'm leaning more and more towards the RuffStuff housing. I spoke to a local fabricator today. My truck may have some changes in the new year :spy:

Well if I'm repacing the axle housing, I'm going WIDE. Like +7" wider.
And if I'm going wider, I'll be making some changes to my bed cage and put the shocks outside the frame, and maybe some other stuff as well while I' at it.

I'm not going to do a 9". I already put the investment into the 4.56's for the TRD 8" so I'm sticking with it. If I went with a 9" the cost would be a lot higher too as, I'd have to buy an air locker, compressor, as well as new gears and yadda yadda. I'm not going any bigger than the 33's so I'll stick with what I have.

I'm not a fan of the Giant 9." Actually I'm slowly loosing all my faith in Giant alltogether. The longer I own my truck, the more annoyed I am with them. I actually like the Camburg 9" much better, but I won't buy anything from Camburg purely based on principle:

I'm sure you won't be disappointed

Thanks. Oh if I had a dime for every time I heard that. Actually, I'd only have like a 80 cents, 60 cents of which would be just from Konaborne, but you know what I mean.

I should start charging to view pictures. You know, like a 1920's peep show. :D
