Thanks for the add. I need some help accessing mp3's on my new Samsung 128 GB USB 3.0 drive. My audio system does not recognize it. Other "crappy" drives show up and play fine. But not the new one. What am I missing?

Make sure the USB drive is formatted in FAT32 not NTFS

I think there’s a max size for the USB drive. 128 GB may be too big.

Good to know. I use 32 GB drives and they work just fine. Sounds like the upper limit may be 64 GB based on your experience.

I think it is Fat32. I will try the partition trick.

Are the new drives new? Make sure your drive is programmed Fat 32 as mentioned by Paul.
If the above does not work I am out of suggestions. Please get back to us the problem you are having and if you found a fix

I partitioned the drive into 4 FAT32 32 GB partitions. Entune read the first Partition fine. I will use 32 GB USB sticks. Thanks for your help.

    Like everyone said, FAT32.

Alternately, get yourself an MP3 player and you can get around that cap. I took my wife's old old old classic iPod, swapped out the broken hard drive, and now I got 128gb in the glovebox (technically, I swapped the HDD for an SD card reader, so there's still room to expand). A setup like that and you won't be swapping thumb drives all the time.
