Your best bet is offer up or ebay. Ebay runs into the 1000k and up price range. I got one that is as nice as my current head unit for 300 bucks from offer up. No clue if it works yet as the wiring comes in this week so fingers crossed but it will work. The harness to convert it you need to get else where. I got mine from here:https://autoharnesshouse.com/entune.html

however make sure to pay attention if you have a JBL radio or not. If you dont it makes life easier. If you do you will need to buy a different amp and a jbl 2020 radio. (I think) i dont have jbl cause they dont offer it with manual transmission or at least i dont think they did.

The wiring between the early 3rd gen Tacoma head units and the 2020+ head units is different and not plug and play. Your best bet will be buying an after market unit with CarPlay support. Crutchfield.com has you covered.

I ended up going 3rd party, i.e. Kenwood. I took the easy way out and got the ready harness from Crutchfield. Retained everything - vehicle info, steering wheel controls etc. Total swap took way less than a hour.

There are plug and play options from what i read on this fourm for entune 3.0 conversions. IE the one i linked. When my harness comes in I will let you know how well it works with the oem 2020 8" headunit

I just read that your post says JBL. Must be the beers i currently enjoying. Yeah if you want to stay OEM. You will need a JBL entune 3.0 head unit. (Best bet is ebay) try craigslist and offer up tho you never know. But you will need a 2020+ JBL amp to install under the plastic of the subwoofer behind the backseat. Then you will need the harness from the link i sent ya also. There is a thread somewhere on here of some guy who did it with JBL doing all the things i said and it worked great. Its gonna cost you over 2 grand tho man you are better off just sticking with the unit you got. Blue tooth aint that bad but if you got the money and dont care then go for it. Its still cheaper than trading it in for a 2020+ truck. Or you can just wait till next gen is out. Trade in for that.
