225E95D8-9419-4173-AE81-29BFDD032E4E.jpg Just got a 2012 TX Pro and it came with the JBL system. Unfortunately the OEM touchscreen barley works unless I tap dang thing 100 times. What is a good plug & play aftermarket touchscreen radio that will work with the OEM JBL system? Don’t really need the integrated NAV etc just a good touchscreen Bluetooth. Thanks!

Does the joying setup plug and play with the JBL setup though, will it read the OEM amp, I don’t think it will, but I could be wrong. I thought us JBL guys and gals had to start from scratch, to include rewiring our speakers and disconnecting our amp to get anything aftermarket to work:annoyed:

Oh, sorry, I don't know about that. I had a non-JBL OEM head unit and speakers, chucked everything & started over with real car audio equipment from JL Audio. (Except for the head unit.. The JOYING just feeds pre-amp signal to JL amps, which drive JL speakers and subs.)

OP you can dig through the ocean of JBL like threads here on TW and you will most certainly find what you’re looking for but it might take some time. I would recommend going to Crutchfield.com and speaking to one of their reps about your dilemma. The JBL issue is a real pain in the ass because it’s pretty much a closed system but there may be a few options. The reps at Crutchfield should be able to walk you through it and you save you time and money.
