Correction, it is entune. I just never use those features.

My 2012 JBL touchscreen headunit keeps crashing when I try to engage anything Bluetooth. It pays AM/FM and CDs fine, but blue tooth audio or phone calls make it just revert to a slowly flashing Toyota logo. I started the truck this morning, streamed music for 5 miles to the coffee shop and it was like this when I got back in.

I tried to do a hard reset and left the battery cable off for an hour.

Is this thing done? Is my best option a new head unit with the plug and play kit from Crutchfield?

The same shit everyone else has.
    Have you updated the software?

My ‘14 radio did this until I updated it.
