JBL Sound System Question/Problem (2020)

Hi all, I have a 2020 TRD Sport with the JBL sound system. I have noticed that the sound coming from the two speakers in the front driver and passenger doors is pretty muffled, and much quieter than the other speakers. I can barely hear voices coming from it, and it seems like even the bass and instrument noise from them is very vague/muffled. All of the other speakers in the truck are super clear. I have messed with the sound settings (bass, balance, etc) and was not able to make it any better.

So my question is, has anyone encountered this or have any advice for me? Should I deem them broken and have them checked out? TIA!

 

My 2020 TRD Sport has a problem with the driver side dash speaker. Toyota replaced the speaker but still having a noise problem with the speaker and yes it the JBL system. I was told by someone it might be the JBL amp that causing the problem.
