My XM radio hits way harder and sounds way more crisp/loud.... I know xm is absolute dog shit for a sound quality, so why is the jbl system doing so much more with it than my bluetooth?

Might want to check your bass and treble settings for Bluetooth. I believe they are different for each source.

Okay, I am just getting into all the stereo section of the manual, and haven't had time to sit down and play with the settings for everything. I have some time this morning so I'll check it out.

    Thanks!

You were right, I had to link my settings over to the bluetooth or something. Thanks!

Yeah its kind of odd. But each source has to be adjusted bass and treble wise. iheart, pandora, etc.

It sounds so bad because toyota is trying to get in the features in a vehicle rather than the simple things. JBL is huge for them and they losing the small features battle.

Ideally a speaker slope has a high bass frequency lower midbass and lower midrange and even lower tweeters. I'm unsure of how much eq settings there are in the jbl radio however.

What should you adjust the setting to for Bluetooth?
