I found it. I don't know how I missed it. I thought I had looked for it before.

For Brunes or anyone else who changed their idler pulleys/ bearings on a 05+ 4.0. Did you change the bearing its self? Or the entire pulley assembly?

If you changed just the bearing, do you have the part numbers? Or remember where you got the part numbers from?

Everything I've found so far has been the entire pulley assembly.

I used Gates pulleys from RockAuto - PArt Number 36173 (x2) and Part Number 36174 (x2).
The two 173's replace the upper pulleys, One 174 replaces the Lower pulley, and the second 174 can be used to replace the tensioner pulley.
All 4 at once is the recommended if one is going out. A belt may be a good idea too.
Check out the deals and coupons section for a 5% off code for RockAuto too...

I have a Fibermax 1 from Bak Flip. Had it on my Baja for about 4 months. Love it. I also installed an electric 'Pop-a-Lock' on the tail gate at the same time. Great and very secure. Looks good to.
    I bought it off of "Morrie" morrie@bakfactoryoutlet.com 1(800) 653-7089 ext704
Awesome customer service and the thing was super easy to put on by myself.
    Hope the pictures come thru

I'll be back in town next saturday and should have some free time since we won't be flying over your house all night anymore. I'll come help because I'm trying to figure out what I want to do for a winch.

I plan to sand blast and start painting my sliders this weekend. As well as order my idler bearings and belt, which will hopefully be in this week.

They look better than mine, they're covered in rust. You gonna sand them first?

Mine were completely covered earlier this summer. I sanded them about a month ago and need to go over them again before I prime and paint them. Hoping to have them on the truck before the Sicily trip

That looks awesome. I definitely think it makes it look more agressive. Nice job.
Just ordered front & rear Billie 5100s from wheelers. Pretty good price considering no sales tax & I think it was free shipping. Next up is to order my springs...
Would it be a bad idea to swap out my current rear shocks with the billies before I install new coils? I currently have a Daystar 2.5 lift on there with stock shocks.

I would check with Wheelers about that shipping thing. They tend to do exact cost shipping, so they can't tell you up front what it is, but they will add it to the charge in the end.

And you can throw the rear shocks in no problem when ever you want.

Okay that's what it was. I was wondering what they meant when they said that, it wasn't clear so I just assumed. Thanks for the heads up.
    Okay sweet. Thanks!
